Vikas Lifecare Limited, a leader in trading and manufacturing of polymer, rubber compounds and additives for plastics, synthetic and natural rubber, announced that its fund-raising committee has approved the allotment of 10,41,65,000 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). The shares were allotted to FPIs viz. Coeus Global Opportunities Fund, AG Dynamic Funds Ltd. and Nakshatra Stressed Assets Fund. Earlier, the company announced that it has acquired new land measuring about 1,800 sq. metres for the purpose of capacity expansion and augmentation of manufacturing operations for its conventional business of polymer and rubber compounds.
