While sifting through various profiles, we received via nominations, through our microsite, and sent to our editors and writers, there were certain parameters we looked at. Apart from their y-o-y growth we also saw their new innovations, their path toward profitability, and their hiring strategy. The idea was to look at this new set of leaders who will be the frontrunners of this techade. Now in its sixth year, this annual IP of ours has made path-breaking mentions of new leaders emerging every year who have disrupted the industry through technology, led a digital transformation to deliver business value, and enable growth in client relationships. HFCL: Making Indian Infrastructure 5G-Ready

Apart from its existing Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 5, UBR, switches portfolio, they have launched open source Wi-Fi 7 access point, 5G 8T8R Macro Radio Unit (RU). The company is locally designing and developing 5G 8T8R Small Cell Radio Unit, 5G Outdoor Small Cell, and 5G millimetre wave (mmWave)-based fixed wireless access CPE products.

With the launch of open-source Wi-Fi 7 Access Point, HFCL W has become the first original equipment manufacturer in India to design and launch this Wi-Fi technology to complement the indoor 5G coverage. The fifth generation of cellular networks, 5G, is ushering into our lives at the speed of light, and it is poised to transform industries and dramatically enhance day-to-day experiences. Futuristic services are now a possibility because of faster connectivity, ultra-low latency, and greater bandwidth. However, all of these are only achievable when the network is supported by adequate telecom infrastructure.
