Miti Liti Randeri Bakre is a self-driven and meticulous go-getter. She is a seasoned HR, POSH and soft skills professional with over 16 years of experience in both operations and strategic roles. She has worked with diverse organizations from various sectors as a vertical lead and as an Advisor. She has also been an integral part of Sexual Harassment policy formation and redressal committees. She has experience in every aspect of HR covering the entire employee life cycle as well as administration.

Miti's expertise lies in HR strategy and Talent Management with focus on organization development, performance management and L&D. She has also worked extensively in the areas of Organization culture design and implementation, diversity, Employer branding and communication and HR integration during M&A. She has been actively involved with POSH ver since the introduction of Vishakha guidelines.

In addition to her professional pursuits, she is an Executive Committee Member of NHRDN, Ahmedabad chapter, and the national NHRDN Mind Matters Initiative. She mentors, counsels and coaches aspiring professionals especially women and young adults through transition phases in life. She also works as a mentor in various Business schools and facilitates students with their capstone projects and placements.
