SAUDI Build 2024, the Middle East's longest-running and most established international construction trade fair, is set to open its doors this month (November 4 to 7), providing a platform to access the lucrative opportunities offered by the Saudi market which has a construction pipeline valued at a staggering $1.7 trillion.
Being held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the 34th edition of Riyadh's premier international trade event for the construction industry will showcase cutting-edge technologies and industry solutions for the region. The exhibition's long history underscores its sustained success in propelling the industry forward.
At the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre this month, the event will feature more than 600 exhibitors from 32 countries. Thousands of industry leaders and professionals are expected to attend, positioning Saudi Build as a critical forum for business opportunities and knowledge exchange.
Saudi Build aligns closely with the national goals of the kingdom's Vision 2030, particularly in sustainability and the digital transformation of the built environment, says Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC), the organiser of the show. These priorities centered on smart cities, sustainable housing, and advanced construction methods highlight Saudi Arabia's drive to enhance its urban landscape through innovative, green solutions.
Last year's edition attracted more than 22,000 visitors and spread over 28,000 sq m of exhibition space.
