With an entrepreneurial spirit and belief in hard work and taking action, REALTOR® Hervé Kidiadi moved to the United States seven years ago from his homeland of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Not speaking any English, he landed on his feet, eventually becoming the operations manager for LSG Sky Chefs. It was just last year when he made the move into real estate, an industry he had long admired and considered working in. In under a month, he took his real estate classes and earned his license. Joining a team at eXp Realty, he has already proved to be a top agent in his office. Primarily serving Southside Seattle, Hervé completed over $5 million in sales volume within his first six months — and he’s only just getting started.
Having experienced the immigration and home buying process firsthand, Hervé believes strongly in helping other immigrants do the same. “It’s a very confusing time and the way things are done here can be very different than what other countries do,” he explains. “I make sure I’m available to help my clients through the entire home buying process, from A to Z.” Right now, Hervé’s main focus is on homebuyers, but he also assists sellers.
