For Paulina Schubel at West USA Realty, real estate is a family affair. Her husband Justin is also a REALTOR® and has been a real estate appraiser for 20 years. Their oldest son is also a real estate agent and a couple of their other children are going to real estate school. They serve buyers and sellers in Navajo and Apache counties in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona, where the family has deep roots. Known as “Arizona’s Mountain Home Hunters,” the husband-and-wife team possess an exceptional understanding of the region as well as its home and land valuation. “My husband and I were both raised here, so we know the area, the properties, and most of the people in this community,” Paulina explains. “As a result, we have a very strong referral business.”
