REMORSEFUL monster Larry Webb, 82, made a deathbed confession admitting he murdered a West Virginia mother and daughter nearly 24 years ago — and even told investigators where to find their bodies, officials say.

The remains of Susan Carter, 41, and Natasha “Alex” Carter, 10, were dug up at Webb’s property in Beckley — six hours after the killer kicked the bucket.
