Supermodel beats disease after rejecting chemo
ELLE'S UNORTHODOX CANCER THERAPY

SUPERMODEL Macpherson Elle has recently revealed she was diagnosed with breast cancer seven years ago and claims to have healed after herself holistically refusing chemotherapy recommended by 32 doctors! The Aussie beauty, 60, says she's now in "clinical remission" after being told she had HER2-positive and estrogen receptor-positive ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS).

The statuesque stunner nicknamed The Body during her '80s heyday because of her fabulously fit figure confides it was a "shock" to learn she had the disease.

Elle adds, "It was unexpected. It was confusing. It was daunting in so many ways." The catwalk legend says she was initially recommended a mastectomy with radiation, chemotherapy, hormone therapy and reconstruction of the removed breast.
