Bizarre beast spreading terror in Texas

ALARMED residents of a tiny Texas village are wondering whether a mysterious fourlegged creature lurking around their community is the demonic Chupacabra, a cryptozoological critter that’s said to be a part-mammal, part-reptilian monster that preys on livestock — drinking their blood like a vampire!

Tina Kahlig, a resident of Hill Country Village, about 15 miles from San Antonio, spotted the critter — about the size of a large dog — skulking through her backyard and snapped a photo.

The picture showed a yellowish, short-haired animal with pointy ears and snout and a long tail sniffing around the yard, nibbling on fallen berries and then disappearing into the brush.
