TENNIS’ NOVAK SERVES UP VACCINE SWILL

TENNIS superstar Novak Djokovic claims refusing to get COVID shots makes him a warrior for “freedom of choice” and he’s “willing to pay the price” for his protest by being banned from top tournaments like next month’s U.S. Open.

But Djokovic’s refusenik behavior strikes a strange chord because the 35-yearold Serb also insists,“I was never against the vaccine” and admits “there are vaccines that have little side effects that have helped stop the spread of some infections around the world.”

So what’s the big deal? As an athlete — or even an ordinary slob like the rest of us — Novak’s entitled to eat and medicate as he chooses.
