The former Lioness, 40, dressed as fast-food character Hamburglar while her partner, 35, wore a Ronald McDonald costume.
The pair, who have been dating for just over a year, even added two Happy Meals to their elaborate looks, sipping fizzy drinks as they posed for photographers.
