AIl eyes were on London Fashion Week as the capital showcased the biggest trends for autumn/winter 2024. And amid the glitz and glamour, the spectacle proved a hit with the A-listers and fashionistas who descended on the city in all their finery.
Snapping up the hottest tickets for the Burberry show in East London's Victoria Park, where catwalk queens Naomi Campbell, Lily Cole and Agyness Deyn all took to the runway, were a blend of stylish stars including Georgia May and Elizabeth Jagger, who enjoyed a sibling date alongside model Erin O'Connor and the Marchioness of Bath.
Also on the front row were model Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss's daughter Lila, all gathering inside a marquee to watch designer Daniel Lee's show, which was chockfull of chunky boots, scarves and trench coats in muted shades of green and brown.
"I wanted it to feel like a forest at night," Daniel said, adding that he had aimed for "a feeling of outdoorsy elegance, comfort and warmth".
ON TREND
Cara, who has twice been named Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards, nailed the Burberry brief in wide-leg cargo trousers and an oversized red-and-brown checked bomber jacket, while Vogue cover girl Lila went for head-to-toe green.
At the Erdem show, held amid the magnificent setting of the Parthenon sculptures at the British Museum, Rebecca actresses Lily James and Dame Kristin Scott Thomas enjoyed a mini-reunion, alongside Fresh Meat's Zawe Ashton.
All three modelled the brand: Lily wore a skirt suit peppered with golden roses, while Dame Kristin was radiant in a vibrant green skirt and a matching double-breasted coat.
