As she welcomes HELLO! into her West London home for this exclusive photoshoot and interview, she is full of festive cheer.
To say she's ready for the holiday season is an understatement: the sprawling six-storey house the 40-year-old shares with husband Jay Rutland and their daughters - Sophia, ten, and four-year-old Serena - has been fully decked out.
Guests arriving at the 57-room property are greeted by a snowy white tableau featuring baubles, bows, a wicker sleigh and twinkling gold lights, while inside there are piles of wrapped gifts under lavishly decorated trees - and a life-sized Santa.
It's no wonder that this time of year is a favourite of the businesswoman and heiress. "We all love Christmas," Tamara tells us. “It's my favourite holiday. I like the memories, the food, the preparation, the carols, the music, the films... I just love the whole build-up to it."
The celebrations come at the end of a busy year for Tamara, who has just released her first children's book, as well as collaborating with Sophia on a campaign for Sorci and Fofa's loungewear. "She loved it so much. She was really easy to work with and I would love to do it again," she says.
Starring in a campaign with her younger daughter, though, may take a little while. "I don't think Serena wants to work with me," she laughs. "She very much beats her own drum.
"But that's really important to me as a mum; I don't want to force her if she doesn't want to. It's important that they form their own personality and identity, so if she doesn't want to be in front of the camera, that's all good with me."
As Tamara and Sophia pose by the piano in the living room for our shoot, art gallery owner Jay pops his head in after returning from a morning workout. The couple celebrated their 11-year wedding anniversary in June and it's obvious that their marriage has only deepened their bond.
