Now, nearly seven years after their dramatic breakup, his legal team filed court papers on June 1, claiming Angie, 48, had been "vindictive' and "sought to inflict harm" on her ex-husband by "secretly" selling her portion of the property in 2021.
The Maleficent star's lawyer, Paul Murphy, threw shade back at Brad, 59, saying the Bullet Train actor had refused to complete a joint sale of the business unless Angelina "agreed to being silenced about the abuse" he'd allegedly inflicted upon her and their six children on "that fateful plane ride" that led to the duo's split.
