When I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! first arrived on our screens in 2002, Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly were the perfect choice to host the show. And they're still together at the helm after more than 20 years.
But while Ant was raring to go after arriving down under to present the latest series with his best pal, he is also likely to be missing home more than usual this year. With his wife Anne-Marie Corbett and their six-month-old son Wilder remaining behind in the UK, a source has told new that being in Australia won't be easy for the doting new dad.
"Ant is feeling really emotional about being so far away from Anne-Marie and Wilder. It's the longest he has left them for and it's going to be so difficult," the source claimed.
Ant, 48, became a dad for the first time in May, when Anne-Marie, who has two daughters from a previous relationship, gave birth to their son.
He revealed the news with a sweet Instagram post that showed him cradling the newborn and wrote, "Welcome to the family, Wilder Patrick McPartlin. Born, 14/05/24 at 8.54am. Baby is beautiful, Mummy's a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad's a mess!"
