JERSEY ROYALS
It was a hugely busy week for the King and Queen, which began with the release of a series of new photos to mark their planned visit to Australia and Samoa in the autumn for a tour and to attend the annual Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).
On Monday, Their Majesties arrived in Jersey, where they visited Royal Square for a Special Sitting of the States Assembly. This was followed by an engagement at the Jersey Expo Event, where they sampled locally produced goods and chatted with members of the public, before laughing at some enthusiastic cows!
