Kelly Brook is just back from the adventure of a lifetime with husband Jeremy Parisi, but they're already set to take on their next challenge the London Marathon.
"We work as a team but also know how to compromise on things," the former Strictly Come Dancing star smiles. "I'm definitely more relaxed though and Jeremy is like, 'Go, go, go.' I think that's the same for all of our daily habits. We take a different approach, but it's all about finding that balance."
Kelly's previous four engagements included action star Jason Statham, Hollywood actor Billy Zane and rugby player Thom Evans. But she is clearly happier than ever when we catch up with her and Italian model husband Jeremy over video call to chat about competing in the 2025 TCS London Marathon with Radox - among other things.
But taking herself out of her comfort zone certainly won't be anything new for Kelly, as she and Jeremy really pushed themselves to their limits on Celebrity Race Across The World. In fact, Kelly - who began her career at 18 as a model and is now a presenter on Heart FM - showed a whole other side to herself on the reality show.
Not only did she brave going make-up free in front of around four million viewers as they trekked across South America, but she lifted the lid on her "difficult" times growing up in the public eye.
These days, however, the star lives a more laid-back life after finding love with Jeremy in 2014. The couple, who tied the knot in Italy in July 2022, live in London with their Cavapoo dog, Teddy, and rarely invite anyone to see the inner workings of their relationship - until now.
Here, Kelly, 44, and Jeremy, 39, open up on their plans for the future (and whether it includes kids), their new TV show, which delves into their life behind closed doors, and Kelly finally feeling comfortable in her own skin...
