Gwen Stefani is putting it all on the table. It's been a long time between albums for the 55-year-old, but the '90s and noughties icon has decided it's time to face her past. Her new album, Bouquet, as WHO discovers in our revealing interview with the singer, is autobiographical and she has a lot to get off her chest.
It's been eight years since she finalised her divorce from Gavin Rossdale. They were married for 13 years, together for 20 and share three children, Kingston, 18, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 10. Stefani's never addressed the reasons behind the divorce publicly, but at the time of their separation in 2015, rumours swirled that Rossdale had cheated on his wife with the family's nanny.
"This album really comes from the destruction I felt from what happened in my life 10 years ago and the healing I have been through since," she tells WHO when asked about the inspiration behind the collection of tracks.
"It was really about not living in the past and trying to compete with who I was back then.
