The Cheat Sheet Jumble

"Yash, you've played enough; now go to your room and study. Your exams are coming up in a few days," Mummy said sternly. Hearing this, Yash stopped playing and went to his room.

He took out his course book, but he got bored studying. So he grabbed a comic book.

Suddenly, he heard Mummy coming towards his room, so Yash quickly hid the comic book and grabbed a textbook upside down in haste. When Mummy entered, she saw it.

"Have some milk, dear. What's going on with your studies?" Mummy asked and called Yash's sister from her room.

"Come here and learn something new brother how to read a book from your upside down," Mummy said when Piya entered the room.

"Sorry, Mummy, it happened by mistake," Yash said nervously. In his anxious state, even the hidden comic book slipped out. Seeing this, his sister burst into laughter.

"I didn't know reading the comic book also counts as exam preparation," Piya remarked. Yash was embarrassed.

The post-vacation unit exams were to start next week, and Yash hadn't prepared anything. He was scared that if he failed, he would have to face Mummy's scolding.

"Hey Parth, I've been fooling around the whole year. How will I pass the exam?" Yash asked his friend worriedly.

"Don't worry, I've got a plan. My studies are in a similar state. We'll both use some tactics and pass the exam; neither you nor I will fail this time," Parth said and told his plan to Yash.

"But what if we get caught doing something tricky?" Yash expressed his concerns, but Parth laughed it off.

Finally, the exam time arrived. The question papers were distributed, and some smart kids were writing in their answer scripts right off the bat. When Parth and Yash saw the questions, they realised that neither of them had any clue about the solutions. Both of them were just staring at each other.

"Ma'am, I just felt a bit faint. Could you please get me a glass of water?" Yash said as he got up and sat in his seat. When the teacher left to get some water, Yash handed the cheat sheet to Parth.
