INGREDIENTS 
1/2 cup strawberries + extra to garnish freshly-squeezed
1 tbsp lemon juice
Sugar, as needed
750 ml Champagne, chilled
METHOD 
1. Puree together the strawberries and lemon juice. Sweeten if the strawberries are too sour.
2. Place some puree in two Champagne flutes and gently top with Champagne.
3. Use a long spoon to stir gently.
4. Serve immediately, garnished with strawberries.&nbsp;
