LIVA Miss Diva Supranational 2023 Sonal Kukreja defies conventional beauty standards. Hailing from the vibrant streets of "Dilwalon ki Dilli" and shaped by the rich cultural mosaic of Jaipur, she embodies the essence of these dynamic cities. As she prepared to represent India on the global stage among contestants from over 70 countries, her mission remained clear: to utilise her talents to make a positive impact in all her endeavours.
Reflecting on her journey, she shared, "It's been about nine months since I was crowned and moved to Mumbai, and it feels like a nine-month journey of birthing a new version of myself." She added, "This industry offers a crash course in life unlike any other. It's as though an army has rallied to prepare me for the Miss Supranational Grand Finale and, with everyone's unwavering focus on me, I have truly discovered who I am. This process feels like something that might have otherwise taken me five or 10 years to achieve; it's been a rollercoaster of emotional highs and lows, but I've had a lot of fun and learned immensely." The Miss Supranational pageant exemplifies international unity, transcending boundaries and empowering communities worldwide. Its vision underscores a dedication to innovation, adaptation, and setting new benchmarks in the beauty industry. Notably, India is the only country to have claimed two Miss Supranational titles, in 2014 and 2016. Sonal's transformation for the pageant involved more than just rigorous fitness and Pilates training; it included mastering the art of the ramp walk, fashion styling, voice modulation, and communication skills, ensuring she presented herself with poise and confidence.
