Nadiya's Cook Once, Eat Twice Tuesday, 7.30pm, BBC2
Nadiya Hussain is on a mission to help viewers save time and money with her new six-part series Nadiya's Cook Once, Eat Twice on BBC2.
The former Bake Off winner will show how the weekly food shop can be stretched by turning leftovers into exciting Carrot meals. She will also share tips on cutting down on food waste by taking food that is past its best and transforming it into something else, such as making pasta sauce out of a soggy salad.
