As Debbie's funeral day dawns, Reiss is a mess. Given that he killed Ad his wife and has let his pregnant fiancée Sonia take the fall, his guilty conscience is buckling under the weight of his deeply immoral acts.
Desperately trying to play the part of the grieving widower and the highly concerned fiancé, Reiss hits a roadblock when Debbie's father Hugh bans him from the service.
Feeling sorry for Reiss, deluded Martin organises a wake in The Vic so the accountant can commemorate Debbie.
