WHAT DOES POSH NOSH?

Ever wondered how Victoria Beckham maintains her slight figure? For the past 25 years she’s stuck to the same strict diet

WHAT DOES POSH NOSH?

HER stalk-slim figure hasn’t changed for decades and it’s safe to say no fatty foods ever pass her glossy lips. What, you might’ve wondered, does she ever do when she’s feeling the need to indulge?

Well, wonder no more: a single slice of wholegrain toast sprinkled with salt.

“It’s that carbohydrate that makes you feel comforted,” she says. “And I love salt.”

It’s enough to make you weep as you reach for that chocolate biscuit.

Most of us are still lamenting our lockdown love handles while simultaneously throwing caution to the winter wind and indulging in cold-weather comfort food.

But Victoria Beckham isn’t most of us. In fact, in terms of body weight she’s probably half of most of us.

The mom of four – to sons Brooklyn (23), Romeo (19) and Cruz (17), and daughter Harper (11) – has always been rigid about her diet, but now fresh morsels have been revealed showing just how fanatical she is about food and what pleases her exacting palate.

Spanish chef Dani Garcia recently dished that the former Spice Girl made him provide her with a unique menu at the June 2019 wedding reception of soccer star Sergio Ramos and TV presenter Pilar Rubio. Clearly, not even a menu prepared by a Michelin-star chef was enough to lead her into temptation.

Dani says the fashion designer’s “complicated” dinner demands included coconut water to be available “all the time”, along with bowls of mints and disinfectant hand gel – an unusual request given it was a pre-pandemic wedding.
