ELLE: What was your intent behind choosing Kashmir as the location for your new campaign?

Falguni Peacock (FP): By choosing Kashmir as the backdrop for a campaign, we wanted to integrate its picturesque landscapes, such as serene lakes, majestic mountains and lush valleys, into the visual fashion narrative. The rich tapestry of colours, textures and traditional craftsmanship found in the region has served to be an exquisite source of inspiration for our designs, creating a harmonious blend of nature and artistry. Moreover, by shining a fashion-focused spotlight on Kashmir, it can contribute to the preservation and revitalisation of cultural heritage, ensuring the longevity of traditional craftsmanship and supporting local communities.

ELLE: Cannes has always been important to you. This time around, you walked the carpet? How was the experience like?
