Time to let yourself off the hook and show yourself the love instead.

STOP STRESSING ABOUT THIS ASAP

Bombing exams, feeling left out, not making first string-these things can loom large in your mind and cause your confidence to crumble. But with the right approach, you can take the biggest, baddest bummers and reduce them to a tiny hiccup. So what if...

THERE'S THAT ONE THING THAT *REALLY* BUGS YOU ABOUT YOUR LOOKS

Fact: Your body has over 2,000 unique parts. That's a lot to embrace, so it's perfectly OK not to feel confident about every single inch. But as much as you'd like to trade in a couple parts for new ones, the truth is that you only get one body-so show your head, shoulders, knees and toes some love.

Think of a few positive traits about your least favorite thing. Maybe your feet are bigger than your bestie's...but they're likely what make you such a speedy swimmer. And those freckles on your face? Probably passed down from your gorgeous grandma.

This approach worked for Grace G., 14: "I used to hate my small eyes. But they just so happen to be framed by extra-long lashes. So now, I play them up-and my eyes are the first thing I'm complimented on."

Bottom line: If you think you look good, others are going to pick up on that confidence. So get those parts out of hiding and flaunt, flaunt away.

YOU DON'T HAVE A MILLION FRIENDS
