Moncler Genius has long been synonymous with pushing boundaries, but this moment felt particularly poignant. As Shanghai pulsed with creative energy, Moncler urges us to reclaim the uninhibited imagination we had as children. The message is clear: to thrive in the future, we must hold on to the curiosity and ingenuity that define us at our core.
From the electrifying streets of Shanghai, a fresh wave of creativity bursts forth. As part of Shanghai Fashion Week, the French brand unveiled The City of Genius, an immersive metropolis of innovation, showcasing the intersection of art, fashion and culture. On 19 October, this monumental event transformed a sprawling 30,000sqm space into a dynamic hub of inspired expression. It’s a vision that propelled the French brand into uncharted territory, inviting us to ask, “How do you live Genius?”
Inspired by the city’s mix of forward-looking culture and artistic momentum, the project transcended a typical showcase to become a comprehensive concept where novelty thrived. Rooted in the belief that innate creativity exists within everyone, Moncler challenged the idea that imagination diminishes with age. Drawing on the philosophy that many had as children, the luxury brand sought to reawaken that lost spark, crafting a space where individuals could embrace their inner visionary. At the heart of this ambitious initiative was a global roster of pioneers, each bringing fresh perspectives to sartorial expression and beyond.
