In between presenting Lorraine and anchoring Loose Women, Christine Lampard juggles everyday family life with former footballer husband Frank and their children, Patricia, six, and Freddie, three. And as a working mum, the star is the first to admit that taking time to look after herself has taken a back seat in the last few years. ‘I rarely find time for myself,’ she confesses.
While in the past Christine has credited skipping, cardio and a circuit routine for staying trim, the 45-year-old’s exercise regime has altered to fit in with her busy lifestyle, which now includes 3am starts, school runs and presenting duties.
Here, the TV favourite, who believes ‘it’s important to keep moving as we get older,’ reveals how she stays in shape without going to the gym and why her attitude towards her body has changed since having kids…
Keeping active
While finding time to spend an hour in the gym may be difficult for Christine nowadays, she has found that motherhood keeps her on her toes.
