By her own admission, Linda Robson has always struggled with her weight and body image. ‘My weight has yo-yoed so much over the years,’ she confessed. But after decades of diets and mental health struggles, Linda finally feels confident in herself and has found a healthy balance when it comes to food.
‘I’m fine with my figure now. I’m always going to have a bit of a tummy. I get that from my mum,’ she said.
