Wanting less is a far better blessing than having more - Mary Ellen Edmunds.
It is okay to do less because pushing yourself when you are burnt out will not yield results. In fact, sometimes a digital detox or even a small break can work wonders for your mindset. You don't have to commit every day to the gym. There are countless other activities that allow you to get your body moving. Walk during your conference calls, walk to the market or just do some light exercises in the comfort of your home. When you commit by moving a little bit every day, you will be amazed by how the tiny results add up in the long run.
