Trust is the process of allowing ‘what is’ to be ‘what it is.’ When you say you trust the process it means letting go and having faith that things will eventually work out in their own time. When you trust the process, you will at the right time, get where you intend to go without rushing or pressuring yourself. It means that even if things may look bad in your current path, it is not your final destination.
How to Trust the Process in Your Life:
• Focus on what you can control – Stacking our energy on things that we can’t control will result in not actively making progress.
• Embrace failure and apply what you learn – Embracing failures enables us to learn from our mistakes and make necessary corrections in order to achieve our goals.
