Spacious, serene, and adorned in understated tones, this 3,180sqft residence in Sarjapura, Bengaluru, is enriched with carefully curated design elements.
Pavan Chandra and Sushmitha M of Studio Mass Architecture were approached to create a family-friendly, clutter-free design with modern aesthetics, bold colours, and soothing neutrals.
“When we got this home, we were clear of the client’s objectives and accordingly made civil adjustments, like adding a powder room and reconfiguring the staircase. In the living room, a striking feature is the delineation of space using dramatic veneer finish jamb frames. Ample seating has been created, including a main three-seater sofa in an eclectic green hue. The absence of a backrest on the swing seating allows for flexible use.”
