MAXIMALISM as a design movement is very much in vogue. While maximalist interiors may often appear busy at first glance, a knowledgeable and experienced hand ensures the difference between a curated and a cluttered room.

1 SURFACES
A touch of theatricality goes a long way in maximalist interiors. Not every surface should be over the top – it’s about balance, with some surfaces receding and others taking centre stage.
