LIFE WITH ART

Home is where the art is Steve and Bobby Clark with their son, Jimmy, and Scout the Staffordshire terrier. Their dining room is home to a large untitled mixed media artwork on concrete board created by Steve. The vintage dining table and chairs from Curated Spaces were acquired through a creative swap. Flowers and vase by Honesty Flora.

Curated living Bobby says the most frequently asked-about piece in the home is her sofa, which she found on eBay. “It was $60 and I thought, ‘You're kidding!’ I went straight over to buy it.” The painting above the sofa is by Sally Bourke, the small artworks on the other wall are by Bobby, the coffee table and sculpture are both by Steve. The custom rug is from Beni Kesh and the cushions are Norsu. The Amber glass is from Maison Balzac. Ahead of the curve The cobalt blue vase came from West Elm. Jimmy’s toys co-exist peacefully with the couple’s art.

who lives here? Artist, designer and stylist Bobby Clark, her husband, artist, designer, stonemason and sculptor, Steve Clark, their son, Jimmy, two, and Scout, a Staffordshire terrier. bobbyclark.com.au @bobbyclark__ den-holm.com @den_holm

STEVE AND BOBBY CLARK don’t just make art, they live creatively, too, and their home reflects their optimism and can-do mindset. There’s never been an absolute masterplan – they don’t seem to need one.
