There are many things to love about the riverside Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok, which is part of the sprawling BDMS Wellness Centre complex, comprising of the BDMS Wellness Clinic, the resort and the BDMS Connect Centre, a new MICE facility.

In the resort, hotel rooms are crafted to cultivate a sense of calmness and tranquillity, with each serving as a sanctuary of comfort, furnished with contemporary amenities that ensure a serene atmosphere for a rejuvenating stay. The accommodation experience includes iHome sound therapy, a selection of pillows for optimal sleep conditions, yoga mats, fitness balls, and resistance bands, empowering guests to personalise their in-room wellness journey with access to an on-demand pre-recorded coaching programme available on their television. There are a total of 211 rooms and suites, all boasting a private balcony showcasing either city or garden views.

The BDMS Wellness Clinic boasts world-class facilities and state-of-the-art machinery. It has a dental clinic, fertility clinic, and aesthetic and hair clinic — anything you need to be healthier, to feel and look younger, or to reset your body and maximise the full potential of your health is available. We even got a body scan to have a better idea of our fat percentage and muscular distribution, to have a better idea of which parts of our body we need to work on.
