Tell us how you got from modelling to designing for Shahrin Bahar.
It all started in 2019. The first time I met Shahrin Bahar, I was selected to showcase his suit collection. From there we started to click. We rarely met, but we always kept in touch on social media. Shahrin was also the person responsible for giving me the opportunity to be in the music video Satu Malam Di Temasik by Joe Flizzow and Sonaone.
As time passed, I asked if I could work with him. Because I saw my potential in the field of creative arts and fashion. The principle of my life is that sustenance is never wrong, so being able to work with him was one of my Ramadan sustenance goals this year. I’m grateful for this opportunity and I very much look forward to growing as a person and a creative.
