Try a Pinboard for Your Bedroom
What you'll need: A large cork board that can be hung on the wall. Collect images that speak to you, including magazine clippings, pictures printed out from Pinterest and photocopied pages from books. You'll also need physical samples such as paint swatches, textural materials as well as curtain and bedding fabrics.
Where to start
The beauty of this mood board is that it's made for layering, so you can see which colours and fabrics work together. If your heart is set on a few paint shades, buy sample tins, paint each colour onto paper and move them around. Thread string through pieces of curtain fabric to see it 'hung' in 3D. If you enjoy decorating with fresh flowers, pin a few to the board to bring it all to life.
