What are five grooming essentials that you swear by?

A good shower, or in my case, showers, never hurt anyone. Hygiene is basic, like breathing. A good hydrating shower gets me through, especially after workouts. Add to that a homemade shikakai mix, which helps keep my hair rooted and shiny. A dab of moisturiser to keep the skin cells happy and most importantly, fresh breath — mind you, not a mint factory. Brushing well and a good gargle after meals does the trick for me.
