The bag's archive-inspired crescent silhouette is updated with a flap graced with the distinctive Triomphe metallic plate. Two different finishes accentuate the bag's timeless and versatile appeal. Apart from smooth calfskin in browns and black, there is the classic option of the Triomphe canvas bearing the storied monogram.
Artistic director Hedi Slimane revived the '70s motif of links - inspired by the chains surrounding the Arc de Triomphe - shortly after he took over the helm in 2018. He envisioned the archival canvas to channel a charismatic vintage spirit imbued with modern cool.
Resilient as the timeless monogram, the bag's functionality stems from the durability of the water-resistant and lightweight canvas, elevated with sophisticated leather accents in the handle, strap and base of the bag.
