For over half a century, Manolo Blahnik, the Spanish-born shoe designer, has etched his name into the annals of fashion history with his exquisite designs brought to life through an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship. After studying art and set design in Geneva and Paris, Blahnik moved to London in the 1970s, where he began to pursue his passion for shoe design. It was in the British capital that Blahnik’s raw talent was discovered and nurtured by legendary editor Diana Vreeland, who encouraged him to pursue a career in footwear.
