Money comes and goes, but culture is forever. This is the essence of Stellaire, a new firebrand platform that provides immersive and exceptional experiences in arts and culture for an exclusive community of innovative people with a deep appreciation for the arts.
Think a VIP preview of the Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience exhibition, complete with a gala dinner and walls awash in the Dutch master's surrealistic swirls, or a dinner curated by the legendary French chef Yannick Alléno of Michelin-starred restaurants Alléno Paris au Pavillon Ledoyen and L'Abysse au Pavillon Ledoyen. In the short time since its official launch in September last year, Stellaire has spotlighted outstanding artisans across gastronomy, fashion, visual arts, music, and more.
The platform is a collaboration between Harmin Kaur, the founder and chairperson of Women Venture Asia, and Michael Lee, the founder and CEO of activation and engagement company Hustle & Bustle. The pair first met in 2021 at the launch of the Dale Chihuly: Glass in Bloom exhibition at Gardens by the Bay, organised in collaboration with Hustle & Bustle. Kaur remembers how Michael's dedication to realising this vision despite the ongoing pandemic at the time resonated with her on a profound level. As she tells us, their shared belief in "the power of art and culture to connect and inspire" fuelled Stellaire's creation.
