Sweet treats from the brilliant Bad Girl Bakery - you won't believe they're gluten-free!
Chocolate Heaven

BAD Girl Bakery is based in the Black Isle village of Muir of Ord, and is run by Jeni lannetta and husband Douglas Hardie.

The bakery has developed a reputation for producing the very best in homemade delights.

It bakes fresh daily and uses seasonal ingredients to create cakes that often have hidden centres or something extra special about them - jammy crumble toppings or hidden surprises inside.

The bakery includes a shop with baking supplies and a takeaway menu, which changes daily, while Jeni has also released a successful cookbook simply titled Bad Girl Bakery.

She says, "I'd like to think it's the generosity that makes our recipes stand out. I don't just mean the size of the portions but we think that people don't treat themselves very often so when they do, the treat has to count. So our bakes are generously filled, topped and flavoured and often have a hidden centre or another texture.
