Cheshire-born and bred, the 24-year-old is currently relishing his starting role at the club he supported as a boy, and puts it down to two things including Sanderson's man management capabilities.
Reed told The Rugby Paper: "Sanders is good at managing people. You've got to know how to treat everyone a little differently, so it's not just a blanket of giving everyone a kick up the backside. Some people like a bit of love, I need a bit of love every now and again, so it’s quite nice to actually have both and not just being told from the coach what you can do better and need to get better at.
