Chirag-Kartik duo: The masterminds behind scam

Realty and medical fraternities not surprised by unraveling of 'Khyati scam'; say it was just a matter of time before it came out

Chirag Rajput has been identified as the mastermind behind the 'Khyati scam,' which came to light after deaths of two patients following botched angioplasty. However, if sources are to be believed, Kartik Patel, the owner of Khyati Hospital, played a bigger role in the scam by bringing Rajput onboard for financial gain rather than commitment to public healthcare.

"The police may absolve Kartik Patel, but his involvement in this systematic scam cannot be dismissed. Patel's questionable business practices in the real estate sector are well-known. Despite being aware of Rajput's dubious background, Patel hired him, likely driven by vested interests," a source said.
