Vietnam woos Gujarati tourists with direct flights, Indian cuisine

Vietnam is setting the stage to attract Gujarati tourists by offering not just flight connectivity but also food options that cater to their preferences.

Following direct flights from Ahmedabad to popular destinations like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, there is now talk of a direct flight to Phu Quoc Island.

Vietnam's tourism officials are working to ensure that Indian restaurants, especially those serving Gujarati and Indian cuisine, will be easily available for tourists. According to sources from Vietnam Tourism and VietJet Airlines, they aim to make Indian food more accessible at major tourist spots in Vietnam.
