Sir Chris, who has been told he has two to four years to live, is taking on the gruelling Far East five-day Phnom Penh to Siem Reap challenge for children's charity ISF Cambodia from November 26 to 30.

Yesterday, an emotional Sir Chris, 48, gave his first TV interview since the prostate cancer diagnosis and said his first thought after receiving the shock news was for his two children, Callum, nine, and Chloe, six.
