More people receive the payment in the UK Reform leader's constituency than in other.
Last year it helped 30,109 pensioners pay their heating bills in the MP's Clacton, Essex, seat - but this year that number will drop by nearly 90% to just 3,715.
Writing in the Daily Express, Mr Farage said: "Labour must end its war on pensioners and put the British people first, and quickly." He highlighted the plight of one of his constituents - 99-year-old World War II hero Jim O'Dwyer.
Mr Farage said Jim, who flew Lancaster bombers in the fight to save this country, will no longer receive winter fuel payments "because he has a small pension".
He added: "I am absolutely furious he has been treated this way." Winter fuel payments were previously available to everyone above state pension age. But older people will only receive the cash if they are on pension credit.
Disgusting
Jim will lose his payments as he just misses out on being eligible for the benefit. He said: "We pay in all our lives and this small perk is cut.
