FIVE people have been charged in connection with One Direction singer Liam Payne's death.
Liam, 31, fell from a balcony at a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
His friend, businessman Rogelio 'Roger' Nores, has been accused of negligent homicide and is barred from leaving the country, according to local reports.
Hotel manager Gilda Martin and receptionist Esteban Grassi have been charged with manslaughter.
According to judge Laura Bruniard, Nores "abandoned [Liam] to his luck knowing that he was incapable of fending for himself".
Nores, who vehemently denies abandoning the singer, claims he left Liam at the Casa Sur hotel at least 40 minutes before he fell to his death on October 16.
BALCONY
Martin is claimed to have failed to stop Liam from being taken to his hotel room despite the balcony posing a serio threat". And Grassi allegedly asked three people to drag Liam to his room when he could not stand up.
