The ex-Big Brother presenter, 57, had the 14mm benign colloid cyst removed earlier this month after it was spotted in a health check-up.
She said in a video update she was "on the mend" following the sixhour op and grateful to be home.
Davina, also known for The Masked Singer and My Mum, Your Dad, said in the Instagram video: "Hi, I just thought I'd check in! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has messaged me or been in touch. It's meant the world. It's been mad and it's just really nice to be back home, I'm on the other side.
