KEIR Starmer yesterday unveiled six ambitious targets so voters can hold the Labour government's "feet to the fire".
In a major speech five months since entering No10, the Prime Minister unveiled plans to cut hospital waits, lift living standards and put more bobbies on the beat.
Mr Starmer vowed to build 1.5 million homes in England by 2029, as he declared war on Nimbys and an "alliance of naysayers".
He pledged to fast-track decisions on at least 150 infrastructure projects to produce more solar farms, roads and rail lines over five years.
He said it was a clear message to those who say "we can't get things done in our country".
